Move Administer version 0.0.0.1524 is officially released today.

Enquiries
CHANGE: When entering a new enquiry and a matching prospect is found the source of enquiry is now set to the source of the enquiry provided of the prospect
CHANGE: You can now import BAR Quick and Advanced Sales Leads from Outlook back into Move Administer as a Customer Enquiry or Internet Enquiry (please contact us if you would like to use this feature as it’s only setup on request)

Accounting
ADDITION: When opening the Accounts of an archived Customer/Corporate a warning will now appear stating that the Customer/Corporate is Archived
ADDITION: You can now export Direct Debit information to Smart Debit, a direct debit bureau for payment processing (www.smartdebit.co.uk) from the Actions menu of the Customer and Corporate Browses
ADDITION: When writing Accounting Activity to the Audit table (which powers the Day Book & Turnover Reports and the Export to Sage) you can now choose to show the Customer Name by ‘Surname, Title Forename’ rather than ‘Title Forename Surname’, so Wynn, Mr C rather than Mr C Wynn (Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> Accounting -> General Tab) – Please note this is only for newly created activity
CHANGE: The ‘VAT/IPT Rate Adjustments’ item on the Tools Menu has been modified to only deal with the forthcoming Insurance Premium Tax rate increase for November 1st

Reports
CHANGE: Storage jobs that ended on the day they started are no longer shown on the Storage Accruals Report (Reports -> Accounting -> Storage Accruals)

Options
FIX: When adding a new individual Container and the reference is placed into Prefix rather than Quantity yet the Prefix is a numeric value then the correct Sort Order Reference is now formatted
ADDITION: You can now set to launch the Map/Journey details in your external browser rather than inside Move Administer by checking ‘Launch mapping in external browser’ within System Defaults (Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> System -> General Tab)
ADDITION: You can now set to NOT search for matching prospects by street, which has slowed down some systems with a mass of prospect addresses by unchecking ‘Match prospect street’ within System Defaults (Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> System -> Prospecting Tab)
ADDITION: You can now set to lock the creator of quotations from change when opening an unaccepted quotation by checking ‘Lock creator when opening unaccepted quotations’ within System Defaults (Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> System -> General Tab)
ADDITION: You can now set to always show the notepad, if notes exist, for a Customer when a Customer is opened by checking ‘Always show notepad contents when opening a customer’ within System Defaults (Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> System -> General Tab)
ADDITION: You can now set to always show the notepad, if notes exist, for a Corporate when a Corporate is opened by checking ‘Always show notepad contents when opening a corporate’ within System Defaults (Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> System -> General Tab)

Other
ADDITION: When printing a Crewsheet for Hourly Quotations the customer declaration section now prints similar information to the Worksheet, as in Time started/finished, Odometer readings, etc.
CHANGE: The Address Mapping and Journey Routing Windows are now using a different 3rd party tool to display the Map/Journey, which we hope will resolve any script errors that may have arisen when using Google Maps
ADDITION: Version 4 of the Agility AU Declaration form available on all new inventories
ADDITION: On the Actions menu of the Address Mapping and Journey Routing Windows you can now choose to ‘Launch In Browser’, which will open the required Map/Journey in your favourite browser

CHANGE: When exporting Appointments from Move Administer it now includes any un-exported Appointments with a status of Cancelled or Postponed
CHANGE: Any Cancelled or Postponed Surveys are highlighted on the Surveys Browse in red
