Enquiries
FIX: Email headers and footer images are working again now on Internet and Baggage Enquiry Emails

Appointments
ADDITION: Origin Property column has been added to the Appointment Diary browse, which unfortunately means any customisation of the browse will be lost and will need setting again – apologies for the inconvenience
CHANGE: Should an appointment have a status of Cancelled or Postponed the Time From, Time To and Status columns will show in red

Quotations
CHANGE: When importing an enquiry into a quotation, if the appointment found is older than 2 weeks, in the future or not confirmed then it is ignored and the last enquiry for the customer is used and not therefore the enquiry linked to the appointment
ADDITION: When importing Survey Notes into the Instructions within the Event Wizard you now have the option to import the Included and Excluded Options

Accounts
ADDITION: VAT Rate Adjustments has returned to the Tools menu ready for the January 4th VAT rate change

Reports
ADDITION: Added Nett figures to the Enquiry Source Statistics report (Reports -> Removals -> Enquiry Source Statistics), however these are only for the quoted nett for all products except Storage and Self Storage and do not include Additional Services
ADDITION: You can now choose to print the Planning details from the Quotation on the Inventory of Items, if a Quotation has been linked to the Inventory
ADDITION: You can now choose to print the weight of the total inventory on the Inventory of Items

Options
ADDITION: You can now set the default value of Survey Required for Customer Enquiries on the Enquiry tab of the System Defaults Wizard (Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> System)
ADDITION: You can now set the default value of Overrule Nett for Quotations on the General tab of the Removal Defaults Wizard (Tools -> Options -> Defaults -> Removals)

Other
ADDITION: You can now import addresses from a generic CSV (comma separated variables) file into the Prospect Database from the Actions menu of the Prospect Browse. The layout of the file must be SALUTATION, STREET1, STREET2, STREET3, TOWN, COUNTY, POSTALCODE
CHANGE: When deleting a Repository Document before the physical file is removed from your hard disk it will check to see if it’s references by another Customer/Corporate and if so it will not delete the physical file
ADDITION: Planning dates are now imported from Survey Administer
ADDITION: A new security door that grants/denies access to setting Credit Limits on Customers and Corporates
